Founded in 1996, PACBA has supported the Polish American construction industry through education, safety advocacy, and ethical building practices.

Along the way, PACBA has:

  • Led housing relief efforts following the 1997 floods in Poland

  • Connected U.S. manufacturers and builders through the PACBA Expo in Poland

  • Invested in community projects like the Dar Serca Rehabilitation Center

  • Formalized safety training initiatives through its OSHA alliance

The 30th Anniversary Red Carpet Gala is a chance to reflect on the work that built this legacy and to celebrate the people continuing it forward.

We hope you’ll join us for a celebratory evening filled with cocktails, dinner, dancing, and honoring the PACBA community.

    Who Should Advertise?

    Gala advertising is ideal for contractors, suppliers, service providers, and businesses looking to reach PACBA members, partners, and the broader Polish American community.

    All ad placements include visibility in the commemorative program book distributed to all gala attendees, with premium placements receiving additional prominence.

    Premium placements are limited and available first come, first served. PACBA reserves the right to approve all submitted advertisements.

    What is the Commemorative Ad Book?

    The Commemorative Ad Book is a professionally printed program distributed to all guests at PACBA’s 30th Anniversary Red Carpet Gala. It highlights our history, honorees, sponsors, and supporters while giving businesses premium visibility during the event.

    What ad placements are available?

    We offer multiple advertising and banner options, including:

    • Outside Back Cover – Color*: $2,500

    • Inside Front Cover – Color*: $1,500

    • Full Page – Gold Framed: $500

    • Full Page – Standard: $400

    • Half Page: $250

    • Quarter Page: $125

    • Business Card Listing: $100

    • Event Banner Display (Maximum 4′ × 6′): $500

    Each option offers a different level of visibility and impact throughout PACBA’s 30th Anniversary Red Carpet Gala and commemorative program.

    How do I reserve an ad and submit payment or artwork?

    You can reserve your ad placement in three ways:

    1. Pay now by credit card
    Use the PayPal checkout link to secure your placement immediately.

    2. Reserve now and pay later (Zelle or check)
    Submit the reservation form to hold your placement and pay afterward through this form.

    3. Download the Ad Application PDF
    You may download and complete the Ad Application then submit artwork email to:pacbaoffice@gmail.com

    Once your submission is received, our team will confirm availability and share next steps.

    You may submit your ad artwork in one of the following ways:

    • Upload files through the Zelle or check reservation form (if prompted)
    • Email artwork to pacbaoffice@gmail.com if it’s ready at the time of reservation

    Once your payment or ad form is received, a member of our team will follow up within 2 business days to confirm details, review artwork, or request adjustments.

    What happens after I submit?

    Once we receive your reservation, payment, or ad materials, our team will:

    • Confirm ad placement availability
    • Review payment details
    • Check artwork files for size and quality
    • Reach out within 2 business days if anything is missing or needs adjustment

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is finalized.
